  • 200g lardons
  • 3 carrots (sliced)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 200g mushrooms (quartered)
  • Bouquet garni (thyme, bay leaf)
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large cocotte over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and brown on all sides.
  2. Stir in lardons and cook until crispy. Add chopped onion, sliced carrots, and crushed garlic; sauté until lightly browned.
