  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  3. Roll out the puff pastry to 3mm thick and cut into two circles.

  5. Cover with the second pastry circle and seal the edges. Brush with egg yolk for a golden finish.
  6. Create decorative patterns on top without cutting through, then bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
