  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Place the pork belly on a cutting board and make shallow cuts in the fatty side.
