  3. Heat heavy cream until warm; remove from heat and stir in chopped chocolate until smooth. Pour ganache into baked crust and allow to cool.
  4. For butterscotch, combine sugar and water in a saucepan; bring to boil until caramelized. Stir in salted butter and gradually add heavy cream.
