  2. In a bowl, mix the pot of natural yogurt with a small amount of warm milk until smooth.
  3. Combine the yogurt mixture with the rest of the warm milk in the saucepan. If desired, add 60 g of sugar and stir gently.
  4. Pour the mixture into glass jars and cover them with a clean cloth or lid. Place them in a warm spot (like an off oven) for about 8 to 12 hours to ferment.
  5. Once fermentation is complete, refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
